About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cleaning Technician to join our team at SERVPRO of Vacaville/Dixon/Fairfield/Davis. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers by restoring their properties to a safe and clean condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform production processes, including cleaning, packing, and inventory management
  • Load and maintain the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment
  • Perform different cleaning tasks, such as cleaning rooms, furniture, and contents
  • Safely and efficiently pack, inventory, and move customer belongings
  • Complete job documentation, including photos and notes
  • Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
  • Communicate with restoration supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes
Requirements
  • Effective oral communication and basic math skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred but not required
  • High school diploma/GED
  • IICRC certifications a plus
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Ipad based technology skills a plus
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
