We are seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations crew, you will be responsible for supporting various geotechnical applications, including concrete lifting, leveling, and soil stabilization projects. • Operate and maintain concrete pumps and related equipment to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
• Lead teams of laborers in setting up and positioning concrete pumps and lines according to project specifications.
• Monitor and control the flow of concrete and chemical grout mixtures during pumping operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain equipment daily to ensure proper function and safety.
• Ensure quality control and site safety at all times.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience as a concrete pump operator preferred.
• Familiarity with construction project management principles and delegation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and meaningful relationships.
• Reliable transportation, valid FL driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Possess excellent project management skills, with the proven ability to drive ideas into action.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
