Job Summary:

The Logistics/Warehouse Property Specialist is responsible for planning and executing warehouse operations, including layout planning, document management, and inventory control. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.

Plans and implements warehouse layout to optimize storage and retrieval efficiency.

Establishes and maintains document files, prepares required documents and reports, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Maintains accurate inventory records and completes necessary paperwork.

Coordinates the movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work sites.

Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project materials and control of project furnished small tools and third-party rentals.

Requirements:

High school diploma and 2+ years of related experience.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
