At NOW Healthcare Recruiting, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Oncology Specialist to join our team in North Central Montana.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in hematology and oncology, with the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.

Salary: $650,000 per year

This is a unique opportunity to work with a not-for-profit, 49-bed community hospital that features a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging facility and electronic medical record services.

About the Role:

  • 80% of the role will focus on oncology, with an average of 10-15 patients seen per day.
  • The clinic operates 4.5 days a week, closing on Friday afternoons, with no call responsibilities.
  • The position offers J1 or H1B visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
  • The team is supportive, with all RNs certified in chemotherapy administration.
  • There is a close relationship and collaboration with providers in Great Falls, including regular tumor conferences.

About You:

  • You must be board eligible/board certified in hematology and oncology.
  • A valid MT medical license or be in process is required.
