Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team as a Medical Cannabis Specialist. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to patients and caregivers, ensuring they receive the best possible care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough consultations with patients and caregivers to understand their medical needs and provide personalized recommendations for cannabis treatment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our cannabis products, including their effects, potency, and dosing.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new patient care initiatives and programs.
Requirements
  • Active Virginia Pharmacy license and registration with the Board of Pharmacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
  • Knowledge of cannabis and its therapeutic applications.
