Job Title: Nursing Leadership Position in Birmingham, Alabama

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to fill a full-time Director of Nursing position at one of our healthcare facilities located in the Birmingham, Alabama area.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is approximately $ 85,000 per year, offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role:

This role is a key leadership position that requires strong clinical expertise and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care settings, and a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Active Alabama RN license (or license in process).
  • Experience working with geriatric patients and/or direct long-term care experience.
  • Minimum three years of nursing experience ideally in long-term care.
  • One year of supervisory experience.
