Job Description:

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Nagarro, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex IT projects with a track record of meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets. You will have a deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience in handling large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver complex IT projects with a track record of meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
  • Drive organizational change and align project goals with broader business strategies.

Requirements:

8+ years of extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects using Agile development methodologies.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify project risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.

Experience in technology-enabled business transformation, driving organizational change, and aligning project goals with broader business strategies.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.
