Counselor for Adults with Developmental Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized service plans to promote independence and community integration.
- Assist with daily living skills, including personal care, medication administration, and transportation.
- Provide behavioral support and interventions to promote positive behaviors.
- Document and review progress, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive support plans.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
