Job Description

The Construction Management Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of each project at Murray Company Mechanical Contractors. This position provides business and administrative support to facilitate the planning and coordination of activities for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in planning work schedules, determining manpower levels, and assigning project personnel.
  • Coordinate project personnel activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget requirements.
  • Advise Project Manager of potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties, and assist in resolving such issues.
  • Prepare reports, studies, and statistical analysis as required by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Excel and computer literacy.
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Benefits

Murray Company Mechanical Contractors offers a competitive salary range of $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, depending on location and experience.
