About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient therapy, evaluating and establishing treatment plans to address feeding, sensory processing, psycho-social development, motor coordination, cognitive functioning, and other areas of developmental disabilities and delays.

You will have the autonomy to develop programs, procedures, policies, and protocols, while dedicating yourself to patient satisfaction and effective collaboration with patients, physicians, and staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current WA State license as an Occupational Therapist and graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
  • Ability to assist in the development of programs, procedures, policies, and protocols.
  • Dedication to patient satisfaction and ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other staff members.
  • Basic computer skills and excellent communication skills.

Work Schedule
