Salon Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, development, and retention of our salon stylists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of stylists to achieve desired results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve salon performance and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent in the industry
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
