Document Control Specialist

Job Summary
NV5 is seeking a skilled Document Control Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining controlled documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Controlled document storage and management using NV5's document management system
- Project setup and maintenance within NV5's Project Portal
- Review and routing of controlled documents
- Maintenance of controlled document revisions and issuance of latest revisions
- Controlled document number management and tracking
- Distribution of project transmittals and receipt and distribution of project submittals
- Internal QA/QC document tracking and vendor QA/QC management
- Receiving record storage using NV5's document management system
- Project Data Book compilation and support for special projects as needed
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- At least two years' experience in document control or a similar technical field
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and document management systems
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
