Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Site Laborer to join our Construction Crew in Northern California.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of our projects through planned and thoughtful movement of materials and debris.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and have a keen eye for detail.

As a Site Laborer, you will be accountable to the Lead Man or Foreman of the project and will be expected to work collaboratively with the team to achieve our productivity and production goals.

You will be required to lift and carry debris safely up to 100 lbs, mix materials, and stage materials as needed. Additionally, you may be trained to operate various power tools.

Responsibilities
  • Material staging and placement
  • Material delivery and logistical planning
  • Tools inventory and maintenance
  • Debris removal
  • Attending weekly meetings and communicating with the lead man or foreman
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a basic understanding of productivity and production goals. You should be able to set daily or hourly goals related to the requirements of the estimate and project.

A minimum of $21.97 per hour (entry level) to $35.00 per hour (journeyman) salary range applies, based on union scale and collective bargaining agreement.
