Job Overview

EIG Services LLC is seeking a skilled BookKeeper to join our team. As a vital member of our Fiscal department, you will be responsible for providing monitoring, recordkeeping, and onsite support.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 per year, with the potential for salary increases based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 401(k) matching, bonus opportunities, dental insurance, employee discounts, health insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and vision insurance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chief Financial Management Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining and reconciling various bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts.
  • Entering journal entries to debit and credit the company's accounts.
  • Maintaining payroll-related accounts and ensuring their accuracy.
  • Creating and distributing analytical reports and compliance reports to several departments.
  • Recording and verifying accounts payable, receivable, and payroll transactions.
  • Managing invoices and purchase/procurement processes.
  • Coding and vouchering all cash disbursements and invoices.
  • Maintaining bank deposits, gift cards, and petty cash funds.
  • Purchasing beverage/food items and office supplies.
  • Filing and maintaining accurate fiscal/payroll records.
  • Coordinating meetings with internal and external participants.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in payroll management.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
