Job SummaryThe Senior Cybersecurity Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding Empower's digital infrastructure by monitoring for threats, leading incident response, and conducting risk assessments. This role ensures compliance with regulations like GDPR and HIPAA, supporting our mission to provide safe, affordable medications and improve lives.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously monitor security systems, investigate incidents, and lead response efforts, including containment and remediation.
- Conduct forensic investigations to identify root causes of breaches and provide detailed reports for future prevention.
- Perform regular risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans to maintain a robust security posture.
- Implement corrective measures and ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Provide training and guidance on security best practices while communicating complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.
We are seeking a highly experienced cybersecurity professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required, along with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC.
