Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Team Lead to join our team at Michaels Stores. This is a key role that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of sales floor and cashier associates.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead a team of customer experience specialists. As a Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing store recovery standards, and driving sales growth through effective leadership and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer experience specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store recovery standards, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and product knowledge.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance, with a focus on selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth, manage budgets, and implement operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety protocols and data protection.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [2] years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of improving sales performance and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Salary Range:

$16.00 - $22.20 per hour.
