Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to Med Surg / Telemetry patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that prioritize patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and resolve issues efficiently
- Participate in educational programs and training opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills, staying current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Alaska or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
