Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Bobcat Gateway Dealer Network. As a Diesel Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of compact equipment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with compact equipment, including Bobcat machines
  • Perform system rebuilds and overhauls, as well as welding and fabrication tasks
  • Work effectively with all levels of the company, including parts, service, sales, and rental teams
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in heavy equipment service operations, including skid steers and excavators
  • Strong mechanical background, including excellent skills in diagnostics, diesel mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic, and capable of staying cool under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers
