Strategic Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Executive to spearhead our outreach efforts and drive growth through pipeline development.
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing prospecting strategies, building relationships with potential customers, and determining their interest in our product/service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with potential customers and determine their interest in our product/service
- Schedule discovery meetings with sales representatives and prospects
- Optimize our CRM database for reporting and maintain accurate customer and prospect contacts
- Research and qualify new targets in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and contract research organization (CRO) industries
- Support high-impact business development programs for inbound and outbound market development
- Monitor leads generated from trade shows, webinars, website, and other events
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
- Background in Life Sciences / Clinical Development industry, eClinical technology
- At least three years of experience in a commercial role within life sciences
- [B.A., B.S.] Degree

Compensation and Benefits:
$90,000 - $125,000 per year
