Job Summary:

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team as a U-Box Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support with their U-Box container deliveries.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a flatbed truck and transport U-Box containers to and from customers' homes and businesses.
  • Load and unload containers, using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve delivery skills and knowledge of U-Haul products and services.
Requirements:
  • Clean driving record and valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Department of Transportation certification.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with moderate risks and discomforts. You may be required to wear protective gear, such as gloves and safety glasses, and lift heavy objects.
