About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization, Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies, and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing calendars.
  • Handle check requests, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the travel department to organize complex travel itineraries and ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and various departments, including Communications, Physical Plant, and IT.
  • Address and fulfill various ad hoc requests from the executive team as needed.
  • Maintain and organize electronic filings for easy access and retrieval.
  • Work with Security to ensure smooth and secure visits for guests and visitors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailed oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
