**Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing individualized education plans, and providing direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

**Qualifications:**

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Ohio SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
