Assistant Store Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Holiday Station Stores. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of employees.
Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations, including supervising employees, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions, including processing sales, handling cash shortages, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- $18-$19 per hour estimated salary based on experience.
