Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in diverse environments and conditions.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Pass a background investigation and drug screen, as required by law.
  • Licensing requirements may apply, depending on the state and local laws.
