Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with supervisors to support the Beauty Professional operations as requested.
  • Review various agreements for all Beauty Professional brands, as required.
  • Provide administrative and database support for Beauty Professional functions.
  • Assist in reviewing marketing and advertising assets, including product labels, print ads, sell sheets, and social media content.
  • Coordinate with R&D and Regulatory functions to ensure adequate testing protocols and proper substantiation for all claims on product labels and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with Marketing personnel to meet deadlines for review.
  • Attend weekly and/or biweekly brand-specific team meetings to discuss and align on assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required.
  • At least five years of related experience in Marketing and Advertising law.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and a willingness to learn other systems, such as contract management and collateral review software systems.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands and frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
