Job Overview

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to provide respite care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the individual's needs are met, providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

About the Position

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, which reflects the importance of this role in delivering high-quality support services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support, assistance, and companionship to enhance the individual's quality of life.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration, while prioritizing the individual's safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere, fostering a sense of belonging and connection within the community.
  • Follow agency policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and respect.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for transportation purposes.
  • The ability to pass a background check is mandatory.
  • While experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, it is not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor is essential for building trust and rapport with our clients.
