Precision Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Machinist - Tool Room Specialist to join our team at Pure Power Technologies Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for providing precision-machining support, grinding, milling/turning conventional and CNC equipment.

• Analyze complex machining needs and determine the necessary tools, equipment, and materials to achieve business and production goals.
• Manufacture high-quality precision details and parts on tool room equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal customers to develop fixtures and tooling, as well as production methods that meet their needs.
• Set up and operate tool room and prototype equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, prints, and GD&T to ensure accurate machining.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Utilize AutoCad, Solid Works, Creo, and CAM software to design and optimize machining processes.

• At least 5 years of experience in CNC machining and tool making.
• Proficiency in Master Cam software.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
