About the Role

Cin7 is a fast-growing global software company that provides solutions for modern-day product sellers. We help these sellers connect and simplify their operations, keep track of their inventory at scale, and help them sell their products across multiple sales channels around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, partners, and employees to better understand market needs, analyze the success of current products, align resources to organize our roadmap and oversee the execution of the feature development.
  • Understand and navigate the competitive landscape and develop a compelling plan for Cin7 to win based upon proven past experience, technical innovation, and product vision.
  • Participate in introducing new technology to our tech stack such as AI/ML models for evaluating inventory, sales history and proposing inventory forecasts to customers.
  • Constantly monitor and synthesize competitive, technology, and customer trends and disruptions in the marketplace.
  • Define and track key commercial performance indicators.
  • Take ownership over key revenue metrics across these new technologies.
  • Target revenue and customer growth through product, process or other changes.
  • Identify commercial opportunities for product evolution, expansion and/or partnering.
  • Lead partnering conversations to address adjacent customer problems.
  • Provide direction on where the market is going and how to get there first.
  • Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging (and improving) established processes, tools, and communication methods.
Requirements
  • Proven background as a product manager or similar role (preferably global).
  • Experience in eCommerce, logistics and/or order entry preferred.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Background in Agile product development.
  • Experience and/or passion and knowledge for cutting edge technology such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Experience leading cross functional teams through discovery processes.
  • Experience in testing and launching products in market.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer and team feedback to develop strategies and plans to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Experience in partner management and commercial arrangements preferred.
  • An on-going desire to learn and grow as a professional and become a thought leader in your space.

  • $135,000 - $150,000 a year, base salary + 10% annual bonus.
