Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing Agency Bill and Direct Bill accounts with accuracy and speed.
  • Supporting and assisting in training new hires and/or current Teammates to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Agency bill invoicing, premium breakdowns, policy changes, review of policy forms, providing coverage comparisons, and responding to policy questions.
  • Overseeing the completion of administrative tasks including issuance of certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and processing policies/endorsements.
  • Building successful relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention through exceptional service and support.
  • Identifying gaps in coverage to upsell/cross sell appropriately, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing new business quoting and remarketing renewals process for Direct Bill and Agency Bill, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Reviewing and documenting internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, policies, endorsements, etc.
  • Certificates to ensure understanding of client expectations, legal requirements, and insurance operations.
  • Actively seeking opportunities for upselling and/or cross-selling current customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • FOLLOWING AGENCY GUIDELINES, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURE AT ALL TIMES.

**Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ years of Commercial Insurance experience required.
  • Commercial Lines insurance coverage knowledge.
  • P&C License in Idaho.
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • AMS360 experience preferred.
  • Electronic Filing Cabinet/ImageRight preferred.
