Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Consultant to join our team at M3USA. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing and developing research efforts to ensure the highest quality of client servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research strategies to identify top talent in the healthcare industry
  • Utilize a range of sourcing paths, including internal and external databases, job boards, social media, and professional networking
  • Manage multiple search projects and achieve individual quotas and goals
  • Conduct strategic diversity sourcing and adhere to legal and ethical standards
  • Research and identify candidate skills, experience, and educational backgrounds
  • Participate in client introduction calls and update calls to assist in setting up recruitment strategies
  • Document search strategies and conduct follow-up reviews to validate paths and proposed next steps
  • Provide ongoing research support for new search requests
  • Partner with the recruitment team to interact with potential prospects and aid in sourcing and internal processes
  • Expertly utilize tools, resources, and databases to identify candidates
  • Enter data and parse profiles of selected prospects into the internal database with accuracy and detail
  • Advise and consult with the recruitment team on effective sourcing strategies and employ creative problem-solving to identify alternative solutions
  • Contribute ideas and strategies for the growth and success of the recruitment department
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of equivalent work experience in a recruiting environment
  • Healthcare staffing research experience preferred
  • Proven track record in research or sales
  • Ability to manage multiple projects through attention to detail, adherence to processes, and effective time management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn new technologies or tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in resolving issues, brainstorming, and problem-solving
