Life Insurance Sales Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a life insurance sales professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a new career in the insurance industry.
Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation package includes an estimated salary of $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year, with potential for significant earnings growth based on performance. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:
- Typical commissions of $500-$1000+ per family helped
- 5% promotions every 1-2 months
- Extra cash bonus opportunities
- Complimentary life insurance for new agents
- Multiple incentives, including vacations, monthly bonuses, etc.
- Continuing education in sales, products, and self-development
As a life insurance sales professional with the Warner Agency, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and build a successful career in the insurance industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and finding the best product from our 40+ A-rated carriers to protect new and existing clients
- Contacting potential clients to set up consultations (phone or Zoom)
- Staying in contact with the carriers and clients until the client is protected
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
- Determination and attention to detail
- Discipline and coachability
- Self-accountability and self-motivation
- A willingness to focus on continuous personal development
