Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Executive to join our team at Reliance Home Health Caregivers. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing outgoing payments, entering data for invoices, and assisting with monthly reports and month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process outgoing payments in accordance with established policies
  • Enter data for invoices into account management system as prepared by the AP Specialists
  • Assist leadership with monthly reports and month-end closing
  • Maintain paper documents accurately, within the assigned filing cabinet(s) and/or electronic filing system
  • Prepare incoming mail and emails for appropriate distribution
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits as necessary
  • Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of employee and company sensitive data

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field required
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
