About the Job
This Physical Therapist and Rehabilitation Services Specialist will evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs, providing educational information to patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy, and rehabilitation. They will also supervise physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the State of Tennessee. You will need to demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A current active TN licensure for Physical Therapy is also required. Additionally, you should possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
