About the Role

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Security Officer - Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and survey the assigned location to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Provide rapid response in critical situations, ensuring the safety of clients and staff.
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards to maintain a secure environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
