Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Multilingual HR Generalist to join our team at Source Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Fulfill recruitment functions, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and employee cultural activities.
  • Manage employee relations, compensation issues, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and counsel employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
  • Implement and manage regulatory reporting, EEO-1, OSHA, workers compensation, and unemployment.
  • Prepare and write presentations for HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure employees receive succession planning and develop plans with managers.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong preference for experience working from a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Functional experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues.
  • Ability to maintain strong partner relationships with internal customers.
  • Current authorization to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
  • PHR/SPHR certifications preferred.
