Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Allied Services. As a key member of our dietary operations team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our patients, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food for patients, clients, and employees
  • Implement assigned duties in a manner appropriate to the age-specific needs of our patients
  • Work effectively with staff and visitors to provide excellent customer service
  • Perform mathematical functions, including simple calculations and conversions
  • Use and care for food service equipment

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Culinary Arts degree preferred
  • Two to three years of institutional or commercial cooking experience required
  • Clearances required: PA State Police criminal history check and PA Department of Aging FBI fingerprint clearance (if applicable)
