Job Summary

KSNL AERO Jet Center, a leading FAA Part 145 Repair Station, is seeking an experienced Aircraft Sheetmetal Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheetmetal repair and maintenance, with a focus on ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and examine aircraft components for leaks, cracks, and other issues
  • Read and utilize blueprints, maintenance manuals, and other documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments
  • Perform routine maintenance operations, including the replacement of power plant and aircraft components
  • Conduct hourly, daily, and monthly inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, and other issues
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner and to the quality standards of our company, customers, and the FAA
  • Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to ensure all tasks are performed safely
  • Keep detailed records of inspections performed, repairs completed, and maintenance procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma with aviation-specific training
  • Experience on heavy commercial and general aviation aircraft

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A & P Certification

Competitive hourly pay based on level of experience.
