About the Role:

We're currently seeking a skilled Home Heating Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Buidling strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their HVAC needs
  • Helping customers form comprehensive plans for their HVAC systems through planned maintenance, equipment, and accessory sales
  • Facilitating the execution of sold projects to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • At least 2 years of experience in home HVAC sales
  • The ability to read blueprints and understand all aspects of HVAC systems (ducting, structural, electrical, and mechanical)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy
