Compensation: Thriveworks offers a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual income of up to $125,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

About the Role: We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a therapist at Thriveworks, you will work closely with clients to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Licensure: You must hold one of the following independent licenses in California: LCSW or LMFT or LPCC
  • Clinical Experience: You should have experience working with individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists)
  • Session Frequency: You are expected to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Schedule Flexibility: You will have flexibility with your schedule, working between 7am-10pm (seven days a week)
