About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Toyota Alabama. As a key member of our General Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Assemble, design, and test hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.
  • Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts for projects, equipment repair, and maintenance work orders.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment, and machine components.
  • Perform basic administrative skills, including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods.
Requirements
  • Industrial maintenance and/or military experience.
  • Electrical and mechanical knowledge.
  • Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Technical knowledge and skills in PLC's, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding, Machining, Robotics.
