About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a NICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans of care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, utilizing advanced skills and knowledge to address complex medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and social workers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a NICU nurse.
