About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Coordinator to join our team at TN Specialty Dental Services, PLLC.

Job Description

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional patient experiences, both in-person and over the phone. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls and scheduling appointments for new and existing patients
  • Greeting patients upon arrival, gathering necessary information, and maintaining a clean waiting area
  • Collecting payments and updating patient records
  • Making outbound calls to confirm upcoming appointments
  • Assisting with various office tasks as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Insurance experience is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
