MRI Technologist Position

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a member of our Imaging Department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI procedures according to departmental protocols
- Operate RIS, HIS, and Intergy computer systems to accurately enter patient data
- Ensure the transmission of high-quality images to the PACS system
- Obtain and document patient histories
- Perform quality control and digitize films as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, family members, and healthcare team members
- Work safely and adhere to established departmental safety rules and practices
Requirements:
- Completion of ARRT registry is required, with a 2-year grace period to pass the MRI Registry exam for non-certified technologists
- Completion of a 2-year associate's degree program in Radiology
- 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist is preferred
- Experience with Siemens products is also preferred
