About the Role

Tate, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Russell County, Virginia. As a global provider of innovative raised access flooring, structural ceilings, and modular prefabricated aisle containment systems, we are opening a new manufacturing facility and are looking for talented professionals to help us grow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for post-sales coordination, implementation, control, and completion of data center projects, ensuring alignment with our strategy, commitments, and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement projects after sales completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and allocate necessary resources.
  • Develop project timelines and schedules, and track progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Support the data center engineering and sales team, and monitor project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and manage changes as necessary to meet project outputs, and evaluate project results to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry, with a focus on project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desired.
  • Agile project management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage conflict and prioritize tasks effectively.
