Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
  • Implement efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • 3 years' experience in a logistics or distribution environment
  • 1 year experience in a supervisory role
