Pediatric Developmental Medicine Nurse Practitioner Position

The Pediatric Developmental Medicine division at Penn State Health Children's Hospital is seeking a nurse practitioner with pediatric experience in developmental disorders, including autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and genetic disorders.

The nurse practitioner will perform initial new patient evaluations and routine follow-up visits in an outpatient clinic setting, working alongside other Advance Practice Providers and physicians in a collaborative and collegial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial new patient evaluations and routine follow-up visits in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Work alongside other Advance Practice Providers and physicians in a collaborative and collegial environment
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental disorders

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Nursing with clinical specialization required
  • Two (2) years' work experience as a RN required
  • Current licensed to practice as a CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as an NP in the area of practice specialization is preferred
