Job Summary
We are seeking an administrative support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing clerical functions and administrative support for our food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional manner and maintain confidential personnel files
+ Oversee the timely and accurate completion of all team member timesheets and tip entries into the payroll system
+ Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures
+ Assist with onboarding and clock-in orientation training for new team members
+ Maintain thorough records of all email correspondences
+ Perform other duties as assigned
