">Job Summary
">- This role is responsible for preparing the plant for production, assisting with equipment installation, and performing general construction tasks.
Responsibilities
">- Configure and clear the site for production activities.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete into molds for wet cast production.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean and organized manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
">- Able to read and understand complex instructions.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work outdoors or in open air environments.
About the Role
">This is a critical position that will play a key role in helping set up and maintain operations as the plant begins production.
">The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently.
