About the Job:
Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a highly skilled CVOR technologist to join their team. This 13-week assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in open-heart surgery.

Job Summary:
This role requires a qualified individual with at least 2 years of experience as a CVOR technologist, preferably in an open-heart setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support during cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring accurate and efficient operating room procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operation of cardiovascular procedures
- Maintain equipment and supplies, adhering to strict infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and workflow efficiency

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a CVOR technologist in an open-heart setting
- Accredited Surgical Tech education program or previous experience as a Surg Tech before 2021
- Registered with the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
