**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Relient Health. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work in a skilled nursing facility setting, providing high-quality patient care and making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

**Responsibilities:**
* Screen patients and document progress toward identified objectives
* Administer physical therapy services as directed by a registered physical therapist
* Conduct patient and family education
* Deliver quality physical therapy services
* Put patient service first

**Requirements:**
* State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant
* Professional or Student Physical Therapist Assistant experience

**Qualifications:**
* Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT)
* Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
